Gary J. Matta

Gary J. Matta is a general practice lawyer and Equity Partner of Dodaro, Matta & Cambest, P.C.  Gary initially spent thirteen years working in finance as an Audit Supervisor at the Pennsylvania Auditor General’s Office and Business Manager for the Duquesne City School District before attending law school at Duquesne University School of Law.

 

Gary graduated from Duquesne Law School having already gained experience in Criminal Law at the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office, gaining hands-on experience in the complexities of the judicial system. Upon graduating, Gary started working at Dodaro, Matta & Cambest (At the time, Dodaro, Cambest & Associates), until eventually working his way to becoming Equity Partner.

 

Currently, Gary also acts as General Counsel for the First Catholic Slovak Union of The United States and Canada. He lives in the Monongahela Valley, where he was born and raised, with his wife and children.
